Privacy policy

Principles
Robinswood minimises personal data collection. Optional analytics, marketing pixels and organisation-identification signals only start after your consent. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not prevent access to the website.
Consent categories
- Necessary — site operation, language and storage of your privacy choice.
- Audience — Matomo and GA4, loaded only after consent.
- Marketing and organisation identification — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and an internal IP-to-company-network signal, loaded only after consent.
Organisation-identification signal
When the marketing and organisation category is accepted, Robinswood may use the visitor IP address in server memory to look up the public ASN and network owner from open data. The raw IP address is not stored by this signal. Only aggregated evidence is kept: date, page, ASN, public prefix, derived organisation name, country, confidence and reasons. ISP, mobile, cloud, VPN and ambiguous networks are discarded.
This signal identifies a network operator, not an individual employee. It does not trigger CRM creation, advertising, LinkedIn or email outreach automatically.
Retention and rights
Aggregated company signals are retained for 90 days by default. You may request access, correction, deletion or objection by contacting Robinswood. A network or organisation can also be suppressed permanently from the internal view.
